“About 2 months ago I asked for recommendations for a contractor to remodel my kitchen.   • We are centrally located in Wendell, NC. This allows us to provide convenient service to customers in Wake, Johnston, Franklin, Nash, and Wilson counties.

  • Free estimates are provided for all projects. For smaller home repair jobs, we use a fixed pricing model to avoid multiple trips.

    This saves our company money and we share those savings with our customers.

  • The answer to this depends on the project. Most home repair jobs do not require a building permit. The exception to this would be the addition of a new electrical or plumbing fixture to an existing home.

    Most remodel and addition jobs do require a permit for various tasks (framing, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

    Regardless of the permitting requirements, we handle all applications and inspections.

  • Gaynor Home Services is fully insured. We have one million dollars of liability coverage for each project.
